8 engineers responsible for industrializing your projects: PPAP, jig/tooling design, QMS, Lean Management.

6 lasers, including 3 Fiber lasers with automated systems and 1 XXL table 10-torch oxy/plasma.

4 tube/bar sawing machines and 1 tube bending machine.

Precision deburring, edge rounding, flattening and sandblasting for all laser/oxy/plasma cut parts.

11 Bending machines 50-500T, up to 8m, 1 500T stamping press and 3 rolling machines.

10 machining centers (milling/turning), with max dimensions 10m and 5Tons, for high-precision machining after welding.

50+ certified welders and 9 robot welding with max dimensions 14m and 3.5T, using TIG, MIG/MAG technology

3 robotized powder coating lines (max dimensions 7m and 3.5T), 1 liquid cabin, 1 automated sandblasting machine and 1 manual sandblasting cabin.

Complete mechanical assembly, including sub-assemblies, electro-mechanical and hydraulic assemblies as well as final assembly and quality control.
