Specialized in welding, CNC machining and heavy component assembly
Manual & Robotic Welding
Large-scale welding with 50+ certified welders and 9 robotic welding cells (Fanuc, IGM, Yaskawa) for parts up to 14m and 3.5T.
CNC Machining
Large milling and boring operations (Pama 10m), medium milling (4m), and turning (3m) — 10 machines total.
Painting & Surface Treatment
Powder coating and liquid painting lines for components up to 7m and 3.5T.
Assembly
Complete mechanical, electro-mechanical and hydraulic assembly with quality control.
Laser & Oxy/Plasma Cutting
Fiber laser cutting and large-format oxy/plasma cutting for heavy plates up to 300mm.
Bending & Forming
Press brakes up to 350T and rolling machines for heavy sheet metal forming.
